Subscription Sailing is able to offer a bridge between the respective benefits of Ownership and Charter, bringing together the best of both worlds, but also eradicating some of the worst features of both, all in one simple package, that will appeal to a great many Sailors.

This product has evolved from a detailed evaluation of the market and the associated costs of each, both capital outlay and ongoing monthly commitment. Subscription Sailing delivers quality yachts at modest cost because of the structure. It also delivers an "owners" solution without the capital costs, ongoing maintenance obligations and open ended additional operating costs borne by owners.

By working to a regular subscription we are able to offer year round access at much more reasonable costs than alternative schemes (see the Costs, comparison chart).

A further consideration is how much use an owner actually makes use of their yacht. Our offering will produce as much use as the average owner uses their own boat for, without all of the ongoing worries and additional expenses, loss of capital, maintenance, etc.
